Ho-ho Holidays

This is all that is left of my special post…

WordPress was being a complete and total dork.

After re-writing my special post three times it wasnt feeling too special to me anymore. Perhaps once ive given it a couple days Ill attempt to re-post it. On a brighter note I hope you all had an enjoyable holiday! I can’t wait to hear all about it.

Me on christmas eve being silly as usual. I love my new pj’s courtesy of Earth Mama. Lately I have been trying to learn how to use chopsticks… and as you can see im still learning.

Okay just to warn you, I went a little crazy with the pictures of my christmas goodies.

Santa was too good to me this year. In fact I’ve got so many things that I want to share with you guys but it would be impossible to pick a favorite. Ill sprinkle a few here and there in the next couple days. But one of my favorite is my new digital camera! It’s so cute and teeny, and it has some nifty blog settings! It’s a Fuji. I may have confiscated my mom’s digital camera for the last couple months since mine was so old – whoops! So it’s safe to say that I’ve have been a little snap happy lately.

My mom got me my own recipe book! Isnt is cute. She told me that it might be a good idea if I actually wrote all of my recipes and creations down somewhere, instead of on scraps of paper or going by memory. I can’t wait to begin filling it up.

In the next few days ill be posting up recipes for my christmas menu – and tomorrow I am going to lunch. Bet you can’t guess where! 😉

Question of the day – What did santa bring you this year?

  1. OMG!! The snow-marshmellow-man is sooooooooooooo cute!! Lovely!

I totally understand; after writing the same post over and over, you don’t want to do it anymore. (that’s why you should save it if you haven’t) But if it still does that even though you saved it, that’s a differente story. 😉

I hope you can work those chopsticks! Hard, but worth it. Trust me 😀

And those cookies look yum!! I wonder how many you ate! And the recipe book!! The pictures are cute as it can ever get! XD

I got clothes and a cute bag! And other cool vegan items that show my vegan proudful-ness! XD

Hope wordpress isn’t a meanie head on you tomorrow!

  2. Haha I finally got the ‘snow’ thing under control! I feel like I can do anything now, lol. Thanks!

  3. so sorry your wordpress is being a dork, I still haven’t quite figured it out at all! I bought the new template and I was hoping zesty or someone could get it going for me. 5. Haha, you’ll soon get the hang of chopsticks. Aren’t they so fun? 🙂
Ohhh, your raw lasagna looks amazing! Mine didn’t look that great, but I didn’t use tofu. I made my ricotta out of cashews, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and basil. I will be posting about it soon! Blogger is being a butt, too. 😦

    Happy holidays, Michal! 🙂

  6. Yum to the food! Looks sooo good. And I love your hair! I know this post has nothing to do with it but I noticed it right away and can’t stop myself from commenting. 😮

WordPress can be such a pain sometimes (but I still love you WordPress!). Actually, the internet in general can be a pain. I especially hate when I type up a comment, go to post and then… the page decides not to load and no matter how many times I refresh, it still decides to be a jerk.

Cuuute recipe book! I received some nifty presents – food scale, food scale, food scale – and lots of Burt’s Bee’s products. Was not expecting any Burt’s Bee’s but was pleasantly surprised. 🙂

  7. Hi Michal!…It looks like you had a great Christmas!!! Your lasagna and tartlets look so beautiful and yummy:) I am sure you will fill up that recipe book in no time:)
